Great that you can pop in and get your phone fixed in 20 minutes while you wait.
Booking an appointment also makes things very easy.
Prices are quite a bit higher than most other phone repair shops.. Most people i have spoken to pay £50-60 for a screen repair.
Staff are friendly and the job was done quickly and very well.
