Service was quick and friendly. Went for a coffee during the 30 minutes for replacing a iphone 6 display. When I left the my phone at the shop for lovefone to execute the repair, I had a short moment of doubt because I didn't get any "cloak room receipt" acknowledging that I handed over my phone and showing my eligibility to collect it. If it wasn't for that, I'd given 5 stars.
