I have now used LoveFone twice. Each time they have replaced badly damaged screens on my IPhone 5 quickly within 15 minutes. The second time the new screen worked perfectly. The first time the screen could be over-sensitive but they were very responsive dealing with it. Its not the cheapest service out there but they deliver a good service so worth paying a bit more for quality assurance.
