Used the courier service to fix a shattered screen on my Iphone 5C. Picked it up at 10am and had my phone back for lunch! There was a temporary glitch in that the screen they replaced it with had a grey tinge to it. Making it look hazy. But as soon as I called Roxanne (at Lovefone) she immediately arranged for another courier to pick it up for them to fix it (at no extra cost).
Quite impressed! Would definitely recommend.
