I had a smashed screen and broken home button which they took a look at but didn't replace at my request. The screen was replaced in 10 minutes! It seems to be working fine, it's not quite as sharp visually as the original screen but barely noticeable. I got a £5 off voucher just for signing up so all in all very happy!
