Simply fantastic service. The power button on my phone failed - I called Lovefone and in less than 10 minutes a courier arrived to collect the phone. It feels a bit strange handing over your phone to a stranger but in retrospect it could not have been in safer hands. I received regular email updates to let me know it had been received at the store and the next email letting me know it had been fixed and was on its way back to me. I was and still am impressed at the level of customer service. If your phone is broken, use this company!!!
