This has to have been the quickest and easiest transaction I've ever made. The whole process took about 10minutes, from checking in with their friendly customer service rep to making payment. I would definitely use Lovefone again, or recommend to a colleague. You may find cheaper repairs elsewhere, but I'm happy with the knowledge mine comes with a guarantee and speedy service.
