I booked my phone in online the night before, turned up to the shop and was greeted with smiles both by front of house and tech staff. I was offered to either wait there or go and get coffee; I was even given a cafe recommendation (Reynolds - which was brilliant!) I had no worries about having to ask for a proof of ownership, as I was given a ticket - and in the time in took to have a coffee around the corner, my phone was as good as new. Completely seamless service. Thank you so much.
