This is the third time I've used Lovefone, and as I work in central London am able to take advantage of the pick-up and drop-off service.
The courier arrived at the time specified, and my phone was back with me less than four hours later.
This service is astonishing, and all for a very reasonable price too (I've no idea how the courier service can be so little extra)!
I recommend Lovefone to everyone who has an unfortunate episode with their Phone.
