I was very impressed with the service I received. Your technician was friendly and quick in repairing my screen. I was particularly impressed with how he checked to make sure the image was good, and as he was not satisfied after initially fitting a new screen (due to lines showing up on the screen) he replaced the screen yet again until the image was perfect. I was also very happy that I was able to book a timeslot online before walking to the store, as I knew I would get quick service and not be stuck waiting in a queue.
