I brought my apparently-dead Nexus 5 phone in on Thursday afternoon. Lovefone's quote was that I'd only pay if they could fix it, which they did by Friday morning. This saved me arranging a courier to collect the old phone, configuring a replacement phone, etc. that the warranty cover by LG would have required.
