I have used Lovefone before for a cracked screen and the service was great, but this time not so good unfortunately. Needed a new battery and charging dock replaced, booking was very efficient, turnaround was quick, but was returned a phone that did not work. So we sent it back, they replaced the charging dock again which they said was faulty, but the phone was still not working when we received it back for the second time. I would have hoped that they would test the phone before returning it. I have offered them another chance to fix it properly or provide a full refund, and currently waiting for a response.
