I smashed my iphone 5c screen, which they replaced in under 10 minutes. The next day the screen started going dark, so I took it back and they replaced it under warranty, again in under 10 minutes, and told me to come back again if I had any further problems. Very quick, efficient service and the warranty is really valuable!
