I don't have any problem with the quality of the work replacing my daughter's iPad screen, which seems very good, but I was very unhappy with your marketing and customer service. I received an unsolicited email from you on 14th April entitled '£20 off screen repairs'. At the time I didn't need any work done, but when my daughter broke her iPad screen a week or two ago I remembered your email and contacted you by replying to it. I didn't think to read the email right to the bottom as it seemed completely clear in the title. It was only when I was paying for the repairs that I found out that the £20 quoted actually means £10 (when the small print was pointed out to me). I feel this is very sharp practice, which coloured my whole view of your service and left me feeling unimpressed where I might otherwise have been very happy.
