I called in advance to make sure that my phone could be fixed while I wait (as I only had an hour lunch break to get this sorted). I was told how long it would take, the price and the best time to arrive due to other customers waiting. When I arrived my phone was able to fixed straight away, no queue, and despite the screen being very badly smashed came back looking as good as new in less than 15 minutes.
Absolutely amazing service, I can't understand how there aren't more of these all across London!
