This is the second time I have used Lovefone. The first time I booked it in and took it to their West End repair store where they fixed it whilst I waited. This time I used the courier service. Both were quick, simple and resulted in a fixed phone for a fair price. If (when) I need another phone fixed I will certainly make use of the courier service again. All I had to do was arrange a suitable time and put the phone in an envelope. A courier came to my office who took the broken phone to Lovefone and brought it back fixed, all within around 3 hours. The courier they use sends you an email where you can track your phone all the way to the destination. Would (and have) recommend to anyone needing a broken screen repaired on their phone.
