I've been in to see LoveFone three times over the past few weeks (I really need to buy a case...) and the service has always been excellent - quick, professional and really easy. I was also really impressed that when I had an issue with my battery, which I wasn't sure if it needed replacing or not, they reassured me that if the new battery didn't work they would refund me and give my old battery back.
