Called them at 4pm from SW1H and asked if they can repair a phone before 5:30pm as the user needed to catch a flight. They arrived at 4:45 and the screen was fixed by 4:50. Consiering their base is Earls court, the speed of arrival and professionalism of engineer was superb. Will definatley be using service again.
My only request, a small one at that, is that a screen protector should come with the service. Its a very cheap item and would have put the cherry on top but you guys done what was asked. Excellent service.
