My son is starting secondary school and I had an iPhone 5 available for him to use, but the battery would only last 20mins and was past the period to claim a replacement from Apple. Went to Lovefone, they replaced the battery in 5mins, checked it was charging correctly and gave me a 12month warranty with it too. Service was very quick and efficient, the phone is like new again..
