I had a 9am appointment band was met in a friendly and welcoming way but the lady on reception. She found my appointment quickly and advised of a 15min wait.
She gave me a seat and then offered the plug socket at the wall for my laptop to allow me to work while I wait.
She was great.
He chap who repaired my phone did so on time and provided some guidance on the work he had done. Excellent.
