Faultless service and highly recommended (this is the third time I have used Lovefone - all for different issues - and the service has been excellent each time). This time, the power button on my Android Phone failed while I was on holiday outside of London and the phone was effectively dead. Nobody local had any idea what to do. I called Lovefone who seemed to know precisely what the issue was and I sent the phone to them via overnight courier. The phone was fixed the next day and returned to be overnight - in excellent working order.
