I had a really positive experience using Lovefone. Walked in with a Nexus power button issue and got booked in speedily. The shop had a clean & welcoming atmosphere and I had every confidence that my phone was in good hands.
Couple of hours later my working phone arrived safely at my office.
When something happens to your phone & you don't have access to everything we take for granted like maps, contacts and the internet it's actually quite a stressful experience. Lovefone took that away for me and did a great job. Will happily recommend them.
