Fantastic service.
I was initially concerned to send in my iPhone, however the staff were very patient and answered any queries I had over the phone. The emailed instructions were very clear. My phone was returned in great working order within 48hrs. I am so pleased and would definitely use Lovefone again. I highly recommend them.
