I turned up ten minutes late for the appointment I'd booked after managing to go completely the wrong way to find the shop, and the lady behind the counter was great - there was no problem and she took my phone with its heavily damaged screen away. About fifteen minutes later, she handed me back my phone looking good as new.
Super quick, friendly service in my lunch hour, and decent value. I will definitely recommend Lovefone, and use them again if I'm clumsy enough to throw my phone on the floor again!
