I went to London on a spontaneous 1-day trip and managed to drop my phone and thus making several deep cracks on my screen. Looked up services offering phone repair and thought Lovefone seemed very decent and had one of the fastest services I could find. Booked an appointment at 4, arrived and was greeted by a friendly face and was told to come back 15 (!) minutes later. I did, and the phone was as good as new for a reasonable price. I can strongly recommend Lovefone!
