Lovefone's primary service is to repair screens on phones and tablets. Mainly Apple products, if I am not mistaken. This requires a number of steps: 1-Making the customer feel comfortable that they are (a) trustworthy and (b) expert at this job. 2-Allowing for easy dropoff/pickup of the broken product. 3-Having transparent pricing to allow you to understand what you are getting. 4-Be helpful during the repair process. and 5-Be fair in pricing. Lovefone absolutely exceeds the highest standard in all these steps. They were very friendly and explained the entire process up front to me. The ability to schedule appointments to come in person, mail your phone/tablet in, or have a courier come get it couldn't make the transfer easier. Their pricing was clear (on the website and in person) and very fair. And finally, and most importantly, the repair was perfect. Hello, new iPad! Thank you very much for your help.
