It was so simple to use! A courier came and picked my phone up from my desk and returned it fixed within an hour. Everyone I came into contact with from Lovefone was so friendly and helpful and I was able to track the progress right from the courier leaving to collect my phone through to it being brought back to me. All for a better price than anywhere else I looked. Such amazing service, I'll never get my phone fixed anywhere else!
