I was able to book an appointment for a charging dock replacement and battery change within an hour of my iphone breaking. It took them less than a half hour to complete the repairs. I was only charged for my battery as my charging dock just needed to be cleaned. I was impressed as they cleaned the dock and checked it was working for free instead of charging me for a new one. I will be returning and recommending Lovefone.
