The glass in the iPhone screen is not well fitted. It is raised in relation to the phone body. It looks as though something has swollen inside the phone. I'm trying to contact the store to complain.
That was not the service I was expecting from the reviews I read about lovefone.
An update: I went back to the store and they have changed the screen again under warranty. It is much better now.
