I have had my Nexus 5 for about three years now and am not ready to part with it! After two and a half years it finally succumbed to the infamous power button fault. I am a researcher in the area of longer lasting products and really did not want to buy a new phone over something that could be fixed. Recently at a repair cafe I met Alex and the Lovefone team. They were able to diagnose the problem and advised me of their express mail repair service. I posted my phone on Saturday morning and received it back in working condition on the Tuesday.
