They're super professional. They changed my battery in less than 10 minutes, on the spot. The price is about half of what you'd pay at Apple and there's no need to send it off or wait around for an apple technician. I will never go anywhere else for phone repairs. Their customer service is pheneomenal (than you Anca). I have nothing. Ad to say about this amazing company.
