I arrived at lunch time without an appointment, and they'd replaced the battery in my iPhone 6 within 15 minutes. As it was a suspected software bug with ios 10.2, they even offered to put my old battery in if it didn't fix the problem. It turned out the battery did need replacing anyway... Very friendly service, excellent job.
