Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite the fact I'd damaged my phone quite badly (bent and smashed), they set about fixing it. Slight problem after I left (speaker had become disconnected in replacing the screen), but was promptly dealt with when I went back in five minutes later. And good value to boot! Would use again (although hopefully won't have to...!)
