After I had problems with the first screen replacement (one of the connections was kinked so my battery was draining faster than it should have been), they replaced it completely for free! Even offered to send out a courier (which they would pay for). I wanted to be there when the replacement happened so I went to the store in person, but it was a wonderful gesture, and much more helpful than I've received at other similar places.
