Amazing. This is the second time I've needed to use them for a smashed iphone screen. Used the courier service from my office on Fleet Street and 2 hrs later, having bent the laws of time and space, they had my phone back to me (I'm guessing they use teleportation but I'm not a very techie person). Very friendly lady on the phone and the payment process is really straightforward. They pick up your phone and when it's fixed you get emailed a link to click on for payment and once that's done they send/teleport the courier back out. You don't have to put in endless personal information or go through a registration process or sign your soul to the devil before paying for a change. Happily they had a sale on yesterday so got the whole thing done for £90. My insurance excess is £100 and you have to send the phone away for over a week. Apple also charge over £100 and keep the phone for a few days and then you have to use your own actual limbs to go and pick it up. This is a no brainer service. Can't wait to drop my phone again.
