Great fast safe service!! We are visiting from the US and so we're quite distressed when my son's phone broke. Lovefone totally took care of us! We left the phone with the front desk and were able to sightsee and go about our day. Lovefone picked it up, fixed it, we paid online, and they delivered it back to our hotel. All for the same cost as our warranty would have been back home! The turn around time was only a couple hours. WOW! We were so pleased with the service and felt well taken care of so far from home.
