Came to London just a few days ago and, as coming from Japan, I was surprised how customer support or like staffs in general here in London are not friendly and supportive at all. In that case the store staffs I had were so friendly against my unnatural English. I was relieved they fixed my iPhone because my new life just started. Five stars!
