Not very transparent. They gave me 50£ quote to fix my iphone. I pick it up, payed the 50£, found out that the screen was fine but the home button was not working. They asked extra 35£ to fix the home button. If I knew it I would have gone next door, and have it completely fixed for £50 overall.
A quote to fix a phone needs to be an overall quote. They should have informed me upfront of the hidden cost.
