A ready welcome and willingness to provide a "walk-in" service. 20 minutes and the job was done. I chose Lovefone because all my reading on non Apple replacement battery's suggested that one could end up with one worse than the one that it was replacing and I felt that with their established location and good reviews I might have longer term support. So far, my phone is working like new and I feel re-assured by the service that I have received. "What made me happy?" The smile of the young lady that served me!
