The reception woman was terrific - kind and helpful and the technical staff were helpful and clearly very skilled. Having spent an entire morning taking my slightly damp iphone to my company IT team, the provider vodaphone and to Apple to try to retrieve important data from the dead phone which would not take power, Lovephone took a look, saw the problem was a single connection in the power port, changed it and even offered to download the data for free! I ended up paying £35 for the new port to make my phone as good as new. I couldn't believe it, and cant recommend them highly enough. Forget the rest.
