Had them replace the battery of a > 3y old iPhone 5S. Made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon and showed up 25 mins early but this was not a problem. They were able to work on replacing the battery immediately and this took about a 35 mins or so, during which we had a nice coffee in a cafe further up the road. They called to let us know the phone was ready. Upon our return, they notified us that the power button was not functioning. As far as I knew it was, before we handed it in for repairs. They did some further investigation and even tried a new power button, which still didn't work. They also found that there had been some slight water damage because of an internal marking that turns red in case of water damage. None of the connectors were corroded though so we accepted the fact that water damage may indeed have been the cause. After the phone was reassembled, the power button worked again and has worked fine ever since. So all in all I'm very happy with the service provided and their willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy their customer.
