I dropped my Pixel XL a few nights ago on my way home and the screen cracked. I called Lovefone the next morning and arranged for a courier pickup. Courier came to my office, picked the phone up sometime around 11am. Within 1-2 hours, my phone was returned to me, screen all fixed. Customer care was excellent - Anca, the person I was in contact with, was pleasant to interact with and eager to help. Price-wise, I'd say they're comparable to other repair shops in London, from my limited research. The quality of the repair is almost 100% - my only quibble is that the newly installed screen is not fully flush with the frame. I was considering docking a point for that, but for now, that looks like it's only a minor annoyance.
