I booked a appointment on-line on the same day and with in ten minutes of arriving at the shop the guys had fixed my iphone's rear camera after i dropped it. They explained that the camera had detached but is now working and because they didnt have to change any parts they wasnt going to charge me. Really good customer service, polite and friendly. I would highly recomend Lovefone!
