I booked a next-day appointment with Lovefone to fix my iPhone which had a broken microphone. I took it along to their West End branch and within 20 minutes my phone was working perfectly again. I can't fault their customer service, speed or value for money. Apple had told me the phone was beyond repair and were demanding £300+ for a replacement. Lovefone are the real Genius Bar!
