I have used Lovefone once before and both experiences were great. It's super easy and convenient to book online in advance and know that you'll be seen to immediately. Repairs are estimated at 30 minutes but both times we were in and out in 10 minutes, even when I provided them the wrong diagnosis on my phone's problem (they found the actual problem and fixed that instead for no additional charge).
