My phone battery was dead and when I came to Apple they didn’t even care to try and fix it, they told me to pay for a bew one or upgrade. So I found out about Lovefone and gave it a try before I spend all of my money on a new phone. I visited the phone booth at Holborn and the staff helped me, even offered to buy me a coffee for the wait time since he didn’t have the battery right there to fix it. My phone is working perfectly now, thank you very much
