I was able to ask questions via email which they answered promptly. I booked my preferred appointment time online.
Convenient location, very quirky phone box in Greenwich. I was a bit early for my appointment but that was no problem some details confirmed and I left the phone and went off for a stroke around Greenwich Market.
At the appointed time I went back and my phone was ready.
You can pay by card or cash.
They definitely do what it says on the tin.
Will use them again but hopefully not to soon!!
