The whole process was fast and efficient, and customer service proved to be good too.
I booked an appointment 1hr prior and received a confirmation shortly after. I like how they utilised the old phone booths, where the staff fixed my phone very quickly despite a little bit of hick up initially. He ran some checks to make sure it was working ok, and the phone was looking beautiful as new.
Customer service was also very responsive and sincere.
