I was charmed, if surprised , to find that the ‘office’ was indeed a red phone box ! It was pouring with rain but happily there are lots of coffee shops nearby. The initial estimate for the repair was ten minutes but there was a delay with the part and (as I expected) it took another half hour. The repair seems perfect, the warranty promptly emailed and the price was as quoted. The technician was delightful, polite and efficient. It was a good experience and one I shall recommend to others
