I dropped my iPhone, but wasn't sure if it was the screen protector or mobile screen that cracked. I made an appointment online. This was confirmed, I think by email and text. When I arrived, the person at the counter checked my phone and confirmed that the screen was fine - it was the screen protector that cracked. She said they had screen protectors. I paid for one, and it was fixed to the phone while I waited.
